The clients had recently retired from a successful building supply business and had developed many properties previously. A design had already been completed for their new property. They approached WJFA after a copy of the Paringa Road drawings were sent to them as adjoining owners. The clients decided to sell the property with plans and purchase this alternative site in the Portsea area. The Wren Court property was purchased and WJFA commissioned to design the project. The clients had the design reviewed by Peter McIntyre Architect and agreed to the concept.
